looking for amazing top sales talent to work in our call center to help generate leads via
multiple channels and continue to grow our business.

Responsibilities:
● Source new sales opportunities by answering inbound calls from prospective clients
● Generate additional leads via outbound sales efforts through our databases and CRM
● Introduce BrandRep to prospective clients using a well-developed script and technology
● Perform online business evaluation to determine if the prospect could benefit from one of
BrandRep’s all-inclusive digital marketing plans
● Ask probing questions to understand the client’s needs and persuade the customer to
buy by demonstrating how products and services could meet their needs.
● Advise prospects by answering questions and addressing concerns they may have
● Transfer prospects or schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
● Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee prospects have
a positive experience with our company
● Go the “extra mile” to meet transfer goals and sales quota
● Working effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals
● Striving to consistently gain sales skills and digital marketing knowledge to stay agile in
today’s competitive market

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or its equivalent. College degree a plus.
● Prior telephone sales experience preferred
● Thrive within a fast-paced environment.

● Open to coaching and training in order to increase sales performance.
● Unstoppable positive attitude and interest in engaging with business owners across the
country
● Competitive drive for achievement
● Well organized and great attention to detail.
